7. Personal data protection
Groupe Rousselet endeavours to comply with all the personal data protection and security provisions applicable to Users of the Website and to ensure that the collection and processing of data from the Website is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: EU Regulation 2016/679) and French Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, as amended.

As Controller of the data it collects, Groupe Rousselet limits the collection of data to that which it deems appropriate, relevant and strictly necessary in order to provide information about the Groupe and its business activities.

• The User’s cookie preferences.
• The User’s personal data (full name, email address) collected if they complete the online contact form. This data is necessary in order to respond to the request.
7.2 Purpose and processing of data collected
