Vision

Thanks to our expertise in supporting entrepreneurs and providing them with the resources they need to succeed, our Groupe has carved out a unique position in the mobility and services segment in France. Furthermore, our caring approach to business and to the community, added to our family ownership structure, ensure our Groupe’s long-term financial viability.

A few words from Nicolas Rousselet
Chairman and CEO, Groupe Rousselet
01

Longevity

In 2024, ADA and G7’s Club Affaires both celebrated their 40th anniversary. In 2025, G7 reached the symbolic milestone of 120 years in operation. And in 2026, HOMEBOX will celebrate 30 years of successful business.
These successive anniversaries deserve to be highlighted, especially given that the average lifespan of S&P 500 companies is around twenty years. What’s the secret to this longevity? We always place the customer at the heart of our decision-making and our organization. We also foster a culture of excellence, supported by our extensive network: 17,000 entrepreneurs and 900 employees committed to the highest levels of service quality. Our expertise and attention to detail make all the difference. In a fast-changing environment, you must surround yourself with talented people, be willing to experiment, accept that mistakes sometimes happen, and invest in the long-term future, particularly in new technology.

02

Artificial intelligence

We leverage technology to enhance the customer experience and remain at the forefront of our core business sectors.
For our Group, artificial intelligence should remain a tool that serves people, helping us to better meet our objectives, making daily work easier for the entrepreneurs in our network, and augmenting our customer experience. For example, taxi drivers could use predictive AI to target the locations where demand is highest, maximize the number of journeys they make and help customers find a taxi faster. All the tasks handled by this technology will free up time so that drivers can offer additional services. This vision has also shaped our thinking on the future of autonomous vehicles: taxis equipped with advanced technology and supervised by humans, ensuring both passenger safety and the sovereignty of their travel data.

03

Team spirit

The long-term success of our brands depends above all on the commitment of the employees and entrepreneurs who place their trust in us.
Their loyalty to the Group’s brands and the strong sense of team spirit are genuine. Our collective intelligence is underpinned by shared values: sincerity and kindness, high ethical standards, and a customer-centric approach. The diversity of our teams is also a major asset, helping us to think outside the box and better tailor our services to our different customer bases. Faced with competitors who often have greater resources, what our team members, franchisees, affiliates, and lessee-managers achieve is remarkable. This daily challenge is like David against Goliath. Nonetheless, we remain the leader in several markets, and our ideas are so successful that they are often copied.

04

Corporate citizenship

As a company, we are proud of our role as a corporate citizen. As early as 2007, we pioneered the use of hybrid taxis.
In 2004, we launched the G7 Access service, the first vehicle fleet equipped with access ramps, which was then expanded three-fold for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, through the collective efforts of our taxi subsidiaries. “HOMEBOX S’ENGAGE” label, which covers waste management, energy efficiency, and community initiatives, is another example of our CSR commitments. With our strong local presence, we simplify the daily lives of people in France and Europe: by storing and safeguarding their belongings when they move house, renting them a vehicle for their holidays at the best possible price, and giving them the option to travel by taxi rather than buying a car. As a Group, we aim to continue improving the lives of our customers and the community, by making every day that little bit better.

We also foster a culture of excellence, supported by our extensive network: 17,000 entrepreneurs and 900 employees committed to the highest levels of service quality.

As a Group, we aim to continue improving the lives of our customers and the community, by making every day that little bit better.
