It all began in 1996, when Nicolas Rousselet opened the very first HOMEBOX center in Paris, at a time when the market was non-existent — a bold move driven by a strong conviction: anticipating the emerging need for flexible storage solutions for both individuals and businesses.
Three decades later, HOMEBOX operates nearly 200 centers across Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and Germany), representing more than 600,000 sqm of space. This growth has been made possible by a hybrid model combining company-owned and franchised centers, built on strong local entrepreneurship and the expertise of HOMEBOX brand, which remains a key driver of growth.
This success is first and foremost based on customer experience: with an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 80/100 and excellent customer ratings, HOMEBOX stands as a benchmark in the industry, driven by highly committed on-site teams.
To mark this milestone, the brand is launching a large-scale media campaign, in-store events, and a film dedicated to all those who have shaped the HOMEBOX journey over the past 30 years.
