Ada provides a local car rental service, offering individual, commercial and utility vehicles all over the country. With more than 1100 franchise-owned outlets, Ada is a leader on the car rental market.
ADA offers its customers an entirely new vehicle rental experience: a local service combining expertise, new technologies and competitive, innovative offerings (ADA Jeunes, ADA 1er Prix, etc.).

To meet the needs of renters, ADA offers franchisees its reputation and expertise, as well as innovative management tools. ADA launched a rental report solution on a touch pad to replace the traditional paper report. Detailed images are sent to the customer by e-mail to track the condition of the vehicle before and after the rental. Since 2014, all agencies are equipped with tablets so they can use this tool to improve quality of service and promote better relationships with customers.
ADA now offers its network a price management tool, that allows them to improve response time, offer better prices, and optimize the rental rate of the fleet. Lastly, ADA initiated partnerships with major retailers to further expand its presence in the country.
The number one priority is to develop a national network through external (partnerships) and internal (recruiting new franchisees) growth. For renters, ADA is setting up an auction platform to offer vehicle rental at the best prices. ADA is also entirely revamping its website, and has already launched a new, more easily readable commercial interface to facilitate customer choices, as they are able to visualize the size of vehicles in 3D.
ADA is launching an offer for medical and technical assistance companies coupling car rental with a solution for transporting the customer to the ADA agency.
ADA is continuing to support franchisees, particularly with the distribution of the “service pack” that includes the tools necessary for vehicle rental agencies such as reference management (paper and digital), secure payment terminals, videoconferencing, and access to the digital solution for vehicle condition assessment. This pack also allows agencies to take reservations when offices are closed with the number 3659 and offers computerized data synchronization with the SÉRÉNIS call center.
